To download a file, left click on the the picture and choose "save target as".  Save this in your applicationdata/microsoft/templates folder, OR you can save it anywhere you will remember to find it (such as your desktop or other folder) and then while in PowerPoint, go to "File" - "Open"  then go to the file folder you saved this to.
